Located in the east of the department, SEVERAC L EGLISE is a small village of stone, typical of Aveyron.
The cottage adjoining the owner's house (independent entrance) with private courtyard of 40m2 flowers is located in the village center. Very calm place.
It's made of :
-1 Living room / kitchen: sofas-TV-washing machine-dishwasher-microwave-refrigerator-oven-vitroceramic hob-coffee maker-toaster-vacuum cleaner-iron-hair dryer-clotheshorse.
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with bed 160X200 - dressing - bathroom with shower and toilet
Stone village with many events and varied in the village. Bowling ground and bowling. Votive festival on August 15th. - night markets and concerts
To see: outdoor public swimming pool 2.5 km - market every Tuesday morning - livestock market (2 nd cattle market in France)
RODEZ: SOULAGES museum - its cathedral
the vast plateau of the aubrac, the MILLAU viaduct 30 minutes - LAGUIOLE 45 kms - the TARN gorges 40 minutes (canoeing des Gorges du Tarn)
many walks on foot from the house
possibility of mountain bike tours
in July ; ROUERGUE rally

Gîte bien équipé au centre d'un joli village calme, à 3,5 km de tous les commerçants.
Beaucoup de jolis villages à explorer et de visites dans les environs, des randonnées aussi. La météo étant avec nous, nous avons été assez peu dans le gite. Les propriétaires vivent dans la maison contiguë, ils ont été de bon conseil pour nous recommander lieux et restaurants !
