About this house rental
Small comfortable and charming house in the bay of Mont Saint Michel, 100 m from the sea and the shore (beach with coarse sand and shells without the possibility of swimming), located in a very quiet street.
A sunny veranda overlooks the large fully enclosed and sheltered garden, ideal for children and pets. The garden is regularly maintained, it will offer you in summer flowers and fruits, of course BIO-organic!
The house is very clean and the reception particularly attentive. The three bedrooms are upstairs, a living room - dining room on the ground floor has a large leather sofa bed for possible visits (free). The kitchen is new and very modern, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and modern hood, the bathroom is completely renovated but a little old fashion.
By your arrival, Catherine will welcome you very kindly and will offer you her help throughout your stay. She is a pearl and one of the major assets of this rental!
Between each rental, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, to guarantee you a healthy home.
This little house is very comfortable, furnished with pretty antique "directoire" style furniture, and located in the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
The geographical location of the house allows you to spend holidays in peace from the tourist hubbub, but close to the sea and its sandy or shell beaches.
For sports enthusiasts, the sand yachting school for adults and children is 100 meters away, the swimming beaches 5 km away.
For gourmets, creperies and fresh fish and shellfish restaurants (oysters and mussels) offer you multiple menus accompanied by purely Breton cider. The "pre-salted lamb" meat comes from this region and is particularly tasty.
Cherrueix is only 20 km from the historic city of Saint-Malo and Mont Saint-Michel, near the beaches of Cancale and the cathedral of Dol de Bretagne. Ideal site for nature and sports enthusiasts: fishing, sailing, sand yachting in front of the house, hiking, horse riding.... Region renowned for its history, its menhirs and its gastronomy (fish, oysters, mussels).
The village of Cherrueix has two restaurants-bars, a delicious creperie where dogs are allowed, a small supermarket, a baker and a traveling butcher.

Je reprends mon titre " au vert, entre ciel et mer" qui résume notre séjour en ajoutant que le lieu est parfaitement adaptée aux animaux de compagnie.

Das Fischerhäuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist so urig eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Wintergarten lädt zum Verweilen ein und der komplett eingezäunte Garten hat nicht nur unserem Hund gefallen. Sonne den ganzen Tag. Das Wasser auf der anderen Straßenseite, sozusagen ein Katzensprung. Meerblick vom Dachfenster!! Der Ort ist ganz ruhig und niedlich, wunderschön der Strand, immer mit Blick auf den Mont - Saint - Michel. Cancale, Dol de Bretagne alles ruckzuck mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir, das waren meine Mutter, mein Sohn, meine Schwiegertochter und ich. 3 Generationen waren begeistert von Leuten, Haus und der wundervollen Bretagne. Wir kommen wieder. Ein großer Dank an Catherine, für den herzlichen Empfang mit kühlem Cidre und leckeren Kuchen.

Accueil charmant en cette terre bretonne idéalement située entre le Mont st Michel et Saint Malo. Le petit jardin clôturé fut un vrai paradis pour ma petite chienne et la véranda un bonheur en ce. Début de mois de mai. La mer est loin certes mais se promener sur ces immenses plages désertes est un vrai ressourcement. Décidement notre séjour fut trop court.

Cherrueix : sans intérêt; Beaucoup de vent!
Le gite très agréable, joli mobilier,confortable, cependant : une véranda impraticable sous le soleil (pas de store), une baignoire sabot inconfortable pour des personnes âgées,un escalier très bruyant !
