About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 50 m² house for rent in Plancoët, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It has a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 150 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 150 m² enclosed garden, facing south-east
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
Activities :
- Accommodation located approximately 10 minutes from the sea and the town of Dinan.
- Possibility of canoeing and kayaking trips to discover the countryside and wildlife from the centre of the village.
- Bobital Festival
- Festival of the ramparts in Dinan
- Route du rock festival in the Saint-Malo area
- Route du rhum every 4 years
The house is ideally located in Plancoët, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Here is some information you may find useful regarding transport links:
- Nearest train station: Plancoët 2 km (5 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard 21 km (30 min by car)
- Public transport: Bus stop a few minutes' walk from the accommodation.

- The fireplace is available on request and at an additional cost (wood supplied and payment to be made on site with our partners).
- Bed linen and towels included
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

All was good, except that several weeks after the booking I am still waiting for my damage deposit refund. No one has replied to several emails on this subject - not good.
