After you return to this 861-sq-ft vacation home, you can unwind by the heated pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, stereo, video games, and DVD player.

As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a dining area, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and a bidet. We had a fantastic week here as a family with 2 young children, 4 & 6 years old. We had a lovely welcome at the property. It was clean, the air con worked perfectly (although the property stays cool without), the pool is saltwater and is great, we used it every day. The grounds were a real highlight and we loved spending time in the garden and with nice outdoor lighting and comfy seating for the evenings too. It is a vibrant but peaceful setting. We all loved seeing the wildlife in the ponds, the river and garden. The house had everything we needed and more. Sebastian was responsive and helpful. Lovely nearby towns to visit in Blois, and Montrichard (great beach on the Cher river). And we had great pastries, bread and strawberry tarts from the nearby dolmen boulangerie-patisserie in Chapelle-Vendômoise. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This is a beautifully secluded place to stay. Worth it for the pool alone which is heated, private and not overlooked. You have the whole place to yourselves. Ideal for two people. It is perfect if you love nature and tranquility but also ideally situated for the many attractions this area has to offer. We hope to return soon.

Fantastic setting, amazing pool (we may have held a couple of late night pool discos), and great wildlife. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped house, exploring the local area by bikes. We highly recommend taking a trip out to the pretty village of Lavardin and Vendome (market on a Friday). Large Cora supermarket only 5 minutes drive.
