About this villa rental
(Located 45 minutes from Nice, between Cannes and Saint Tropez, Saint Raphael stretches 36 km of coast between the Esterel massif and the Mediterranean coast). Near the city center and the port of Saint Raphael.
Villa of 170 m2, located in the residential area of Boulouris, on a flat land, trees, 1200 m2 fully fenced, consisting of 4 beautiful bedrooms, including 1 master suite on the ground floor with a large bathroom. On the floor 3 rooms and 2 rooms of shower. Fully equipped and functional kitchen, large living room with mezzanine. Access to the villa is very easy with automatic gate, ....
The pool, secure, (9m / 4m) is salt and does not have the smell of chlorine. It is deep on a part, and has just been completely redone (sky blue color). Summer lounge. Easy access to the coves or sandy beaches of the coast, just 15 minutes walk from the villa, or 2 minutes by car (easy parking)
Many tennis courts and pedestrian circuit nearby (10 minutes walk)
2 supermarkets are 5 minutes drive from the villa. There is also the village, closer, where we can find some shops, and a Provencal market on Thursday and Monday.
Everything is practical in this region, whether for beaches, shopping, daytime or night activities, ....
The port of Saint Raphael is very lively, and very active. One of the advantages: to go to Saint Tropez by boat (time of crossing 1 hour), or then to make many strolls along the creeks of the Esterel. Everything is planned, and easy to register at the nautical club, or any other activity of seaside (paddle, jet ski, ......)

We had a great time in a wunderfull hous in St Raphael. De host was very hostpitable.
We really would go back to this place.
Also the surrounding is beautifull in the Cote d''Azur.

We had a wonderful two weeks in the property and we would certainly return. Everything is there that you would need and the owners were very helpful and responsive. Feeling very relaxed now.

Beautiful property in a loving location.
House was great for us (4 adults and 2 children).

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is very spacious and well equipped including the kitchen. We split out time between the local beach and sitting by the pool. The location is close to local shops, cafes and restaurants and a short drive from Saint Raphael and large supermarkets. Pascal and his wife were very welcoming and very easy to deal with.
