Quiet House, Private Pool, 3 Bedrooms 2 Bath, Close To Sea, Golf & Estérel
New Owner: new recent interior interior designs.
Welcoming and spacious family home, facing South Southwest, can accommodate up to 8 people, in a private residential area and very quiet. You are close to the golf courses and the Esterel mountains, very quiet, just 4kms from the beaches, and halfway to Cannes and St Tropez.
The house consists of a very large air-conditioned and bright living room, with 3 sofas, directly open an infinity pool and the garden via a large terrace. The large windows with brick partition provide a sense of space by the extension of the living room to the outside. The pool is serviced weekly.
The American kitchen also ideally opens with a sliding door on the terrace, where you can spend pleasant moments around a table, sheltered by a large electric sun awning very useful, including integrated lighting is very appreciable in the evening, while enjoying a BBQ weber no less essential.
The fully equipped kitchen also opens onto the large dining room table via the central island, and benefits from a valuable storeroom (2nd combi fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, storage).
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The 1st bedroom faces south-west and enjoys a nice view of the pool and beautiful sunsets on the Roquebrune. Just renovated, it is comfortable and is equipped with a bed 160x200 and a TV and DVD.

La maison est spacieuse et très bien entretenue avec des équipements sont de hautes qualités. La piscine est très agréables pour des enfants de tous les âges. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le seul hic, serait le canapé lit (qui est pourtant de très bonne qualité) mais qui n'est pas adapté pour un couple durant 2 semaines. Les propriétaires sont adorables, très attentionnées et très disponibles. La maison étant dans une résidence clôturée, cela rassure beaucoup et le voisinage direct est topissime !!!! En bref, une belle maison pour un beau séjour.
