Great apartment, modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Good wifi.Good location to visit St Malo and area. The host and agent were efficient and helpful. Good communication and helpful when we asked to change our arrival time at short notice.It was easy to park nearby and there were good restaurants within walking distance. Las Cebuanas across the street does great Philipino food. Nice short walk to lovely Sillon beach. Also near to the Intra Muros for a fantastic walk around the town ramparts.

Bei unserer Ankunft in der Wohnung waren wir sehr erstaunt: im Schlafzimmer war der Kleiderschrank als solcher nur auf kleinster Fläche für unsere Kleidung benutzbar, die Fächer waren vollgestopft mit Decken und Kissen – wir hätten aus dem Koffer leben müssen. Ebenso waren im Bad die vier Regalkörbe und der Waschtischunterschrank vollgepackt mit Handtüchern, Kosmetika, Putzmitteln usw. – es gab keinen Platz für unsere Sachen. Nachdem wir eine entsprechende Rückmeldung gegeben haben, wurden zwei Körbe im Bad und vier Fächer im Kleiderschrank geräumt. Die Küche war nicht besonders sauber, das kleine Sofa empfinden wir als äußerst unbequem, außer im Schlafzimmer hängen überall nackte Glühbirnen unter der Decke und auf dem Balkon kann nur derjenige sitzen, dem reger Verkehrslärm nichts ausmacht ... die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Kreuzung. Immerhin ist der Lärmpegel bei geschlossenen Fenstern gering. Trotz freundlicher Begrüßung haben wir uns als Gäste in dieser Wohnung nicht willkommen gefühlt. Wir hoffen, dass diese Bewertung dazu beiträgt, dass u.a. geschaut wird, welche Sachen tatsächlich in einer Ferienwohnung vorhanden sein sollten und welche nicht.
