About this house rental
Authentic renovated Breton house, terraced, with a beautiful garden and a garage. This rental for 4 to 6 people is located 15 minutes walk from the sea, Longchamps beach, and 900 m from the village, while offering a quiet and relaxing environment. It offers on the ground floor, a spacious dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom. A nice veranda overlooking the garden where the barbecue, table and chairs allow you to enjoy outdoor dining. Upstairs, three bedrooms are available. Each room has a double bed and cupboards.

Well equipped, clean, cosy and very peaceful, traditional Bretagne home. Pleasant garden and driveway for car. 15 min walk to beautiful sandy beaches and to town centre and marina. Good communication with our host Pascale. Only downside was need to bring own bed linen and towels.

Uns hat es in St-Briac sehr gut gefallen: die ruhige Lage, das typische bretonische Steinhaus mit Holzdielenboden, der schöne Garten, die kurze Entfernung zum Zentrum und Küste. Wir haben uns hauptsächlich in der gemütlichen Veranda mit Blick auf den Garten aufgehalten. In der Küche war alles da, was wir brauchten, draußen grille war auch drin. Der Umgang mit Pascale war unkompliziert. Nette Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar: La Tchanquetas und Le Rusty. Beide ganz toll.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Fahrräder und vieles mehr sind vorhanden. Es hat einen tollen Garten, sehr gepflegt und einfach schön, um sich darin aufzuhalten. Zum Ortskern und zum Meer ist es zu Fuß etwas weit, mit dem Fahrrad jedoch gar kein Problem. Ich kann das Haus vollumfänglich weiter empfehlen.
