In a 2 bathroom and a bedroom overlooking garden with 2 sofa bed for 2 people
Upstairs 3 bedrooms: 1 bed 140, 1 bed 160 and a room with two beds in 90.
This furnished rental will charm you with its tranquility, its brightness and its location. Close to the beach and thermal baths (10mm foot, 25mm pirate town on foot or by car 5 mm). House completely renovated in 2014.

This is my 5 visit to this amazing house. Great area and the house is well equipped.There is a safe garden for the dog and the beach is 10 minutes walk. I would recommend to anyone.Margo

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and it is perfect.The new extention is such a benefit.Only thing I would say is that there is an extraction fan in the new bathroom which is on constantly throughout the night and goes off afternoon. The house is very well equiped and has the addes benefit of wiifi. The property is convenient for the beacg,shoppping ,port and train station. the proprietor has no objection to dogs. Overall I am already thinking of my next visit.

perfect house in a perfect location.10 minutes walk to beach shops and train station.The property had absolutely everything you would need.Wiifi was an extra bonus- much needed in these times.We took our dog and had no problems.These was a bit of maintenance going on but we were aware of this before we booked,the upstairs wc was out of action but that was ok.The outside area is very nice and the new patio is lovely.I will try to book again for September.The owner was extremely helpfull and the concerge pleasant. I would recomend this house which will be extremely large when the annexe is complete. We came from Jersey and it was a 10 minutes drive from St Malo port,so even foot passengers couls rent this holiday home.M
