The spacious holiday park consists of multi-storey apartment buildings and wooden holiday homes, each with its own green space. In July/August, the municipality of Immenstaad offers a holiday program for children (extra). PLEASE NOTE: Cats are not allowed as pets. Child friendly resort "Ferienwohnpark Immenstaad", surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, 800 m from the lake. For shared use: children's playground. In the complex: reception, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Central parking spaces. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Friedrichshafen" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, public bathing area 4 km. Nearby attractions: Abenteuerpark Immenstaad, Pfahlbauten Uhldingen, Zeppelinmuseum Friedrichshafen, Schloss Salem, Affenberg. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bodensee. Gut gelegenes kleines Ferienhaus am Bodensee. Innenausstattung gemütlich, mit sehr schönem modernem Bad. Die Küchenausstattung ist hingegen sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsziele ist die Lage des Hauses ideal. Es gibt auch tolle Wanderwege gleich in der Nähe. Wir waren im September dort und die Wanderungen durch die Apfelplantagen und Weinberge, immer mit Blick auf den Bodensee, waren traumhaft. Der WLan-Empfang war allerdings schlecht.

Gute Lage, optimal für Radtouren und auch für Ausflüge wie zum Beispiel nach Ravensburg, Lindau usw.

Das Feriendorf ist sehr schön gelegen. Haus teilweise sehr klein. In Küche nur Zweiplattenherd. Kaffeemaschine befüllen wegen der Dachschräge nur schwer möglich. Dafür aber ein schöner großer Garten mit einer Terrasse die zum Frühstücken, auch bei kälteren Temperaturen, einlud. Die Schlafzimmer nur über eine sehr steile Spartreppe erreichbar. Mit Kindern hätte ich Angst gehabt. Die Betten extrem niedrig da sonst kein Platz für einen schmalen Zwischengang. Schaumstoffmatratze teilweise zu weich.
