Sports shop/ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is required for the parking gate key and parking pass (CHF 200 or EUR 200). If you leave early in the morning, you can get your deposit back the day before your departure and will have to pay for parking for the last night. Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, sauna (extra). Massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, ski-kindergarten 7 km, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 10 m. Exit to the balcony. (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. length of bathtub 125 cm.

Dit appartement is sfeervol ingericht, veel lampjes en alles wat je nodig hebt. Zelfs een tasje met naald en draad!

Zeer goede ligging, lift, inrichting studio Hygiëne zeer goed. Bedden klein, matrassen niet ademend. Dunne muren ( geluid)
