In the house: boutique, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Public parking 250 m extra. Supermarket 250 m, bar 50 m, bakery 20 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz télécabine" 100 m, railway station "Sion" 16.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 900 m. Tennis 900 m, skisport facilities 50 m, ski rental 10 m, ski-kindergarten 500 m, ice rink 250 m, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 vallées Tracouet 50 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 200 m, Bisse du milieu 200 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Logement agréable, bien situé, à deux pas des installations. Les buvettes alentours beaucoup trop bruyantes en fin de journée (musique).

Zeer goede ligging met uitzicht op de lift naar Tracouët en dichtbij supermarkt (te voet of met funicular). Mooi zuidgericht terras. Jammer van kleine badkamer en zéér klein keukentje. Wel voldoende keukengerief aanwezig. Weinig niet betalende parkingplaatsen dichtbij appartement.
