ThIs is a lovely two bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen. Very well equipped with plenty of pans, utensils etc for cooking. The washing machine and dryer are communal and are in a separate room but are very new and clean. You need 50 cent coins for the meter for both washer and dryer.The beds are comfortable but the sheets were quite rough texture and at odds with the quality of the rest of the furniture and fittings. In September the terrace didnt get the sun till afternoon so if you like to breakfast outside you might want to look at one of the others which gets the sun in the morning. The street was very quiet being a cul de sac. The location is in Walkenreid rather than Bad Sachsa itself which is about 5km away. There are a couple of restaurants and cafes in Walkenreid though and a bakery which is open 7 days. The supermarket is very close to the apartment but is a discount one with limited stock. Ok for the basics on arrival but we did most of our shopping in the bigger shops in Bad Sachsa.
