Owners very friendly. Good location.
Basic toiletries not provided. We had to buy our own soap and toilet paper. Beds very uncomfortable. Had to buy sleeping pads to place over mattresses. Toaster failed (replaced after 48 hours) and exhaust fan fell into the shower.
