Host failed to send passcode in advance. He was not available as was in India and we had to ring him and wait until he picked up our message. The key lock was very hard to operate. There were no instructions as to how to use various appliances.

Clean comfortable and well equipped - really good place to stay and simple to get into the centre of the town. The area is really nice too with restaurants, a wine bar and shops within easy walking distance.
Lack of information about local facilities, dealing with refuse, and appliances (specifically the coffee machine). These were minor niggles.

Great location in Summertown with lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Property is bigger than envisaged from the photos. I would highly recommend this lovely property.
External steps to access the property were slippery . It rained very heavily and the metal steps pooled with water so we had to be super careful on them.
