For shared use: indoor pool heated (5 x 6 m, pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the house: lounge, sauna (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Längenfeld Abzw Aquadome" 220 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 24.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 700 m. Tennis 700 m, cable car 13 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 13 km, cross country ski track 200 m, ice rink 1 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 26 km. Ski resort Soelden Oetztal-Arena, 13 km, can be reached by free ski bus. The natural thermal baths (Aqua Dome), just 400 m away. Wir haben 14 wunderschöne und entspannte Tage im Falkner Resort verbracht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Wir würden das Falkner Resort auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Uns haben die Ferien sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment war sehr schön und sauber, die Receptionistin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein grosses Lob für das Kinderspielzimmer. Es ist mit tollen Spielen eingerichtet und machte den Kindern Spass. Die Temperatur im Schwimmbad war etwas kühl, sodass es sich für kleine Kinder nicht eignete. Das Apartment war sehr ruhig gelegen und gut erreichbar.

Das Haus war persönlich und professionell geführt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, war für 4 Erwachsene sehr angenehm.
