Private: terraced garden with lawn for sunbathing. In the house: central heating system. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "regional" 700 m, railway station "Landeck" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, bathing lake 600 m. Tennis 600 m, skisport facilities 900 m, ski bus stop 200 m, sled run, cross country ski track 15 km, ice rink 600 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.

Die Wohnung ist realtiv neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein seperates Bad

Die Wohnung an sich ist in Ordnung und gut eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich entspricht aber leider nicht mehr den im Internet gezeigten Fotos. Die Wiese ist umgeben von einer hohen Hecke und man sieht nichts mehr von den umliegenden Bergen etc. So ist die Wohnung sicher geeignet für den Winter wo es eh egal ist, aber für einen sommerurlaub fanden wir es sehr schade, dass man sich wie in einer dunklen Kammer gefühlt hat
