About this house rental
Idyllic cottage for 2 people with private lake and parking. The house has a living-dining room, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, and a bedroom with box spring bed and natural wood wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and toilet.
The entire apartment was renovated for the 2017 season.
On the covered terrace are garden furniture, as are 2 sun loungers available.
Interesting destinations are Schwetzingen, Speyer, Ladenburg, Mannheim, Heidelberg in the vicinity, as well as the Odenwald and the Palatinate. It is a summer house, from November to incl. March can not be booked. If the apartment has to be heated in the transitional period, electricity costs will be charged according to consumption with 0.25 € / kWh.

Wir haben zu zweit 5 Tage bei tollen sommerlichen Wetter direkt mit eigenem Zugang zum See sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Das sehr saubere Objekt, das vom Müllbeutel bis zur Küchenausstattung alles hat was man braucht, befindet sich in einer Sackgasse in ruhiger Lage und hat zwei Stellplätze direkt am Haus. Das Bett war sehr bequem . Der Garten ist mit viel Liebe angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben das Schwimmen im See sehr genossen und planen ein Wiederkommen.

Die Gastgeber, die ganz in der Nähe wohnen, sind sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und rücksichtsvoll. Das Häuschen ist äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage am See für Naturliebhaber herrlich. Beeindruckend war die Sauberkeit bis in die letzte Ecke! Ich wünsche den Gastgebern ebenso rücksichtsvolle, ruhige Mieter die dieses schöne Plätzchen zu würdigen wissen.

Von A bis Z alles wunderbar! Sehr gepflegtes, ruhig gelegenes Sommerhaus. Perfekt, wer Erholung und Aktivität verbinden möchte. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder!
