We really enjoyed our long stay in this very large semi detached house on four floors and would come again. It is luxuriously decorated and furnished and equipped with high quality kitchen appliances and equipment and everything you need for a good stay. Beds and sofas and chairs are comfortable with plenty of cushions for the wide range of outdoor furniture. There is a lovely view towards Gibraltar especially from the large roof terrace and the house gets sun all day long. The heating system is powerful enough for the open plan living area. Full fibre internet is fast enough at typically 60Mbps and stable with good wifi coverage (plug in the upstairs router!). This is a quiet urbanisation with no noise from the A7 coastal motorway and a little noise from neighbours, the road outside and a building site in early stages of development maybe 1km away across the valley. None of this was a major issue. There are only Spanish TV channels and instructions for some of the appliances would have been useful.

Das sehr große Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und bietet einfach alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und dort 10 sehr schöne Tage verbracht.

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus an der Costa del sol. Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Wir haben das erste Mal ein Ferienhaus und bei FEWO gebucht. Die Buchung war unkompliziert, die Bezahlung sicher und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter vorbildlich. Wir würden wieder über FEWO buchen und auch das Haus können wir nur empfehlen. Allein der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf das Meer, Gibraltar und bei guter Sicht bis nach Marrokko ist unbezahlbar. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen angenehmen Urlaub notwendig ist. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprachen dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Die liebevolle Einrichtung lässt einen sofort wie zu Hause fühlen. Der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Ein Mietwagen ist nötig, da das Haus auf einer Anhöhe gelegen ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Empfehlen können wir Gibraltar, die Atlantikküste, die Altstadt Marbellas, Mijas (mittwochs kostenloser Flamenco 12.00 Uhr), Casares (Restaurant " La Bodeguita de en Medio" am Plaza de Espana besuchen, leckeres frisch bereitetes Essen), Strandpromenade von Sabinilla argentinisches Restaurant "El Estribo" super Service und Essen, Hafen von Duquesa viele Restaurants und Sommermarkt in den Abendstunden. Die Hausverwaltung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir wurden bei Ankunft zum Haus gebracht. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. FAZIT: ein wundervoller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung, ein super netter Vermieter und eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Von uns gibt es dafür 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

This home had great views and was in a perfect location allowing us to visit nearby places. I expected the property to be a house and to have a private pool. By looking at the pictures when I booked. My mistake, I should have read the description detail. I just don't think the pictures should look like a private house rather than a townhome with a private pool. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
