About this house rental
Our Provencal villa with about 300 square meters of living space is located on an approx. It has 4 individually furnished bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), a huge living area with 2 open fireplaces that opens over glass fronts to the east and west terrace, summer and winter kitchens and a glazed conservatory.
The illuminated, unobservable 65 sqm pool faces west and offers an overwhelming view of the panorama of the Esterel Mountains.
The house is almost completely covered with handmade tiles and tiles from Salernes. Solid, partly antique doors, built-in wardrobes and pieces of furniture have been selected and adapted with a lot of love and with reference to the regional character.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge / freezer combination. In the utility room there is a washing machine, ironing board and a large wine fridge ;-)

Our stay was immensely enjoyable, the house met all our needs, space, plenty of everything, and the pool was so nice. The land around the house was so nice as well.We have stayed in several properties but this was the best ever. The whole family agreed that they had the best of holidays.

Sehr schönes und großzügiges Haus in Hanglage mit tollem Blick über die Ebene und den Ort Aups. Sehr angenehmer großer beheizter Pool. Verdon-Schlucht in 20-25 min mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort durch die Verwalterin. Problemlose Kommunikation auch mit dem Eigentümer. Vielen Dank.

We genoten van een leuke vakantie in de villa. Vooral de rust en het uitzicht konden ons bekoren. Weliswaar dringen zich toch wat aanpassingen/ingrepen op zodat de toch stevige huurprijs van de villa verantwoord is.
* de keuken moet beter voorzien worden van kookgerief, het gasfornuis is aan vervanging toe, er is geen microgolf...
* er is een vaste bbq, weliswaar met een gammel rooster op enkele stenen, maar er is geen 'gereedschap' om te kunnen roosteren.
* We waren met 8 volwassenen maar er was maar 1 huissleutel / bediening poort aanwezig wat zeer ambetant was.
* in de grote kamer ruikt het muffig en s' nachts wordt je gewekt door het geritsel van muizen in ratten in het dak.
* faiences in het zwembad komen los, een rooster in de vloer van het zwembad ontbreekt wat toch gevaarlijk is. Het terras rond het zwembad is in slechte staat. De kwaliteit van het zwemwater werd, gedurende onze periode van 14 dagen, niet gecontroleerd.
* er is, na zonsondergang, zeer weinig licht in het overdekt terras.
Als deze zaken zouden aangepakt worden komen we zeker terug en is de huurprijs correct!
