Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 1'100 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, terrace (80 m2). Storeroom available. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 8 km, railway station "Manosque" 52 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 70 km, bathing lake "Lac de Sainte Croix" 23 km. Gut gelegen, ruhig, aber mit einem kleinenReparaturstau. Wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Nur diese schmalen Betten....

Gute Lage in Regusse (in einer tollen Gegend). Sehr sauber und aufgeräumt und sehr netter Kontakt zum Schlüsselhalter (Nachbar) und zum Eigentümer. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Pool ist benutzbar aber in die Jahre gekommen. Enge Zufahrt, aber machbar (sind mit unserem VW Passat gut durchgekommen). Techn. Equipment ist leider (vor allem für unsere Kinder) sehr veraltet. Röhrenfernseher mit schlechter Qualität, Radio mit Kassettendeck und sonst nichts (kein WLAN war aber von Anfang an klar).

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum baden ein. Einziger Kritikpunkt die Sofas, sie sind abgenutzt und das Rote löst sich langsam auf aber das hindert uns nicht daran wieder zu kommen.
