In the heart of the Sauerland, just a few steps away from Winterberg and Willingen is Elpe Apartments Hochsauerland.
Do you dream with? Our house is located on the edge of a small authentic village, surrounded by endless forests.
Our own mountain stream flows in our large garden: the corner of the village with several waterfalls.
From every apartment you have a view of the garden and you can hear the water rushing and the birds singing.
You can hardly get closer to nature!
Our garden is right next to the forest, where several hiking trails start, and who knows, you will spot a deer.
But despite this calm, all attractions of Sauerland are nearby!
Winterberg with its cozy center, large ski area, climbing forest, toboggan run etc. is only a 15 minute drive.
Attractions such as Fort Fun, the Ramsbeck mine and Bruchhauser Steine are also nearby. There are several hiking, cycling, car and mountain bike routes right around the village.
All year round there is a lot to do in Elpe and the surrounding area. In winter, the area is known to have snow, spring is a paradise for hikers and cyclists, summer offers a wide range of opportunities to relax and autumn is known for its rich colors in the forests.
In the apartment complex there are 7 spacious, bright and modern apartments for 4 or 5 people. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, modern luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, spacious bright living room with balcony / terrace and one or two bedrooms. Free WiFi and flat screen television complete the apartment for real living pleasure. This apartment has a comfortable double bed (fold-away bed) in the living room and a bedroom with your choice of two / three single beds or a double bed. Please indicate your preference when booking
All the apartments are on the communal garden bordering the extensive forests, where a small mountain stream flows. There are some play equipment in the garden and there is also the possibility of a barbecue. When leaving the garden, some signposted hikes start. a. a hike to the largest waterfall in Sauerland, the Plästerlegge.
There are free parking spaces at the complex and mountain bikes or ski gear can be parked in the basement.
The whole complex has been completely renovated recently.

Von der Buchung und Absprachen über Bettwäsche und Brötchenservic über den Check-In, eine kurze Begrüßung vom Hausmeister bis zum Check- out verlief alles unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft in jdem Fall empfehlen.

Saubere, warme, gemütliche Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, ein schönes Bad. Der Garten des Hauses bietet Kindern Spielmöglichkeiten. Der angrenzende Wald lädt zum Spaziergang ein. Buchung und Abwicklung problemlos. Das einzige Manko, man hat im Haus und auf dem Berg keinen Empfang, Internet funktioniert dank WLAN im Haus. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und vollkommen sauber. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, weshalb ich es hier erwähne. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn ist das bisher leckerste, welches ich trinken durfte. Die Lage ist perfekt, da sich das Haus am Ende eines Wendehammers befindet und dahinter nur noch Wald und Berge sind. Daher ist es sehr leise und auch möglich, nachts einen schönen Sternenhimmel zu sehen. Die Verwalter/Hausmeister sind sehr nett und auch das Reinigungsteam am letzten Tag sympathisch und geduldig. Die Umgebung lädt zu Wanderungen ein Komma ansonsten ist Winterberg mit dem Auto schnell erreicht, wo auch andere Aktionen möglich sind. Wir können die Unterkunft also nur empfehlen.

Wir haben vier Nächte in dem Haus verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (ausser eine Mikrowelle) und es war alles sauber. Die Lage ist ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge und optimal für Kinder.
