Our Property 12 is a costly renovated old half-timbered house with 2 apartments and a garden with barbecue, beach chairs, loungers and 2 seats respectively Dining opportunities for every 6 people. The property is located in the Palatinate Forest and is adjacent to the German Wine Route.
With excellent transport links in but quiet location the house or one of the apartments is the ideal starting point for many worthwhile excursions. in the "Tuscany of Germany".
Apartment 2 (2015 completed) decorated in country style, it has with the formative wood stove and the warm colors of Bordeaux accessories the character of a Mediterranean hacienda
An enchanted acting, flowers magnificent garden with barbecue, a beach chair, 2 beds and 2 sofas for 6 persons each is exclusively for the two apartments available, one each parking is available in front of the house.
Apartment 2 is located on the first floor and has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (with dishwasher, stove with oven, large fridge-freezer, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glasses and all necessary cooking utensils).
The large dining table the kitchen can accommodate 6 persons in the bar cabinet, there are elegant glasses for every occasion. The adjoining bathroom with toilet and bath with shower screen is of course equipped with a washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms - Bedroom 1 is designed for 3 people and in addition to a double bed and a large single bed.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a spacious closet Both bedrooms are separated from each other and have access to the bathroom. The cozy living room with huge cozy bed overlooks the home theater (55 inch television with satellite channels and DVD players) It is adjacent to bedroom 1 and might serve in case of need as a sleeping space for one more person.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub bei einer lieben Gastgeberin in einer sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung. Auch unserer beiden Kinder 2 Jahre und 5 Monate haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Gute Lage für kleine Spaziergänge und für Tagesausflüge.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in der ruhigen, gemütlichen Wohnung. Bei schönem Wetter kann man zum Essen wunderbar vor dem Haus sitzen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Sehr nette Vermieter - Vielen Dank!
