About this house rental
The house is about 100 square meters, has 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen, a combined living / dining room with seating for 6 persons, TV and radio-CD USB player. For relaxing there is a large balcony and a garden with furniture / umbrella, of course, with barbecue facilities.
The original house is more than 300 years old. The Baufundament consists of sandstones of elmstein castle. Entrained by citizens of Elmstein after the destruction of the castle.
The ceilings throughout the building are low (2.10 m). Since the renovation, the beams and the truss are visible again.
The bathroom has been completely renovated, the shower has a higher ceiling.
You can reach the garden via the kitchen, or by a private alley. The garden is adjacent to a refreshing and not deep stream. The garden is located on the south side, where you can soak up the sun with joy in a deckchair on the lawn or while drinking coffee on the terrace.
At lower temperatures, a fireplace in the living room makes for cozy warmth.

Gemütliches kleines Haus mit toller Terrasse. Und der Garten mit Zugang zum Bach ist Erholung pur.
Auch die Email-Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Vermieterin war super.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Garten und die Terrasse waren traumhaft um die Sonne zu genießen. Wir können das Haus und die Vermieterin uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Das alte Haus ist nett hergerichtet. Die Küche sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Das neue Bad ist einladend.
Alles in dem Steinhäuschen ist sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Es war weihnachtlich geschmückt.
Leider ist das Haus im Winter nicht zu empfehlen, da ab Minusgraden nur der untere Stock (ca.50qm) mit den Infrarotwandheizern und nur in Verbindung mit dem Kaminofen warm zu halten ist.
Oben , das Bad, das kleine Wohnzimmer, das Elternschlafzimmer sind eiskalt.
Der Pfälzer Wald ist gleich um die Ecke, Natur pur, wunderbar.
