Prima Aussicht aus dem 4. Stock, jedoch bei jüngeren Kindern wäre es sicherlich sinnvoller weiter unten zu sein, so dass diese den Spielplatz alleine nützen können.

Das Positive: sauber, tolle Aussicht im 4. Stock, schnelles WLAN mit gutem Router, Küche gut ausgestattet, Bad gut ausgestattet, mit gutem TV. das Negative (alles nicht so schlimm, positiv überwiegt bei weitem) Balkon mit Wintergarten riecht nach Zigarettenrauch, das kostenpflichtige Handtuchpaket besteht aus nur 2 rel. kleinen Tüchern, Matratzen sind zu weich. Hallenbad kostet im Gegensatz zu früher jetzt Eintritt, aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts.
