About this house rental

You'll find a kayak, golfing, and more on site at this family-friendly vacation home. Lake Chiemsee is just a short walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers covered onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make the 11-minute drive to Strandbad Ubersee.

Relax in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 1561-sq-ft vacation home, which also offers a BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at foosball and table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

As you settle into this 5-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a sofa bed, a safe, and a desk. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a lobster pot. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too.

Wonderful house. Great Amenities and the Views are spectacular. Host was pleasant and responsive. Had a wonderful time in Chiemsee. Paddleboarded on the lake, Golfed at the the course and ate at and wonderful restaurant just up the street. Loved our time their. Great House and Host!

We spent a week in the property as a family. We couldn’t have asked for more, from the guy showing us around on arrival to the house itself. Clean, well equipped and with the most amazing views over the lake. Would definitely return and recommend.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Hang mit Blick auf den See. Die Lage zum Wasser, Minigolfplatz, Restaurants sowie Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs ist sehr gut. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Übergabe durch den Verwalter angenehm und problemlos. Die Hauptstraße am Grundstück ist natürlich (wie beschrieben) sehr laut, allerdings bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum hörbar. Die Bilder geben die Lage und den Zustand des Hauses sehr gut wieder. Punktabzüge gibt es leider aufgrund der enttäuschenden Abnahme und Kommunikation am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes. Die äusserst penible Inspektion des Hauses bei unserer Abreise führte zu zahlreichen Nachfragen durch den Verwalter. Eine beschädigte Thermoskanne, die wir nicht genutzt hatten und wohl von Vormietern beschädigt wurde, wurde uns ohne Rückfrage in Rechnung gestellt. Nur nach mehrmaliger Versicherung, dass diese nicht von uns beschädigt wurde, wurde widerwillig nachgegeben. Der angewandte Grundsatz, wonach der letzte Mieter für Schäden von Vormietern verantwortlich gemacht wird, ist aus unserer Sicht nicht akzeptabel.
