About this house rental
Situated on 110 feet of private waterfront you will enjoy the large patio, patio heaters, outdoor speakers, Solo Stove fire pit and outdoor kitchen. All on the water! Just steps away is the large dock that can accommodate your boat or pontoon along with ramps for your jet ski and plenty of space for your water toys. Jump in to 25ft of water off of the dock.
As you enjoy watching the boats come in and out of the only no wake bay on the lake, you may want to check out Shooters Bar & Grill which is just a few minutes drive or boat ride across the bay. This is a popular stop for many people for meals, drinks, gas and pump out station.
You may want to hop on a paddle board as there is a natural reserve located in the back of Rockford Bay. This is a wonderful opportunity to see the wildlife that the are has to offer. You may encounter Blue Herron, Eagles and possible a moose!
Back at the house use the waterfront guest cabin with pull out queen sleeper to take a rest or head up to the house where your fully stocked kitchen will be the center of activity as you hone your culinary skills, while the dining room provides ample room to taste the fruits of your labor. But there is no need to spend all of your time indoors. With decks off the master bedroom, dining room and family room you can enjoy the wonderful waterfront views of lake and stars.
The deck off of the kitchen is equipped with a Weber BBQ and Traeger Blackstone. Enjoy your dinner with seating for 10, three patio heaters and sound system for your favorite music.
The master bedroom with attached master bath will be your private retreat. The two guest bedrooms, guest bath with adjoining family room offer plenty of space for family and friends. The living room will be an evening retreat with an operating wood fireplace, Apple TV and Sonos music system.
This vacation rental is located approximately 15 minutes from down town Coeur' d alene by car and 30 minutes by boat. There are also several places to boat to on the south end of the lake such as Harrison, Conklin Bay, Coeur d'alene River and the St. Joe River.
Five day minimum rental for summer months please.

Great location on the water near the marina. Protected bay makes nice smooth water.
Water toys were a great bonus as was the dock. The lower kitchen and fire pit made a great area to hang out. House was nicely remodeled and kitchen was nice place to prepare meals. Kids play area was a bonus. Minor negatives were cool basement, stairs and no open grass areas or beach. Over all a great time had by all.

What an amazing week at the lake. This house is located in Rockford Bay directly across from Shooters restaurant, which couldn't be more convenient for a last minute meal or gassing up your boat. Also, being inside the no wake zone means you can enjoy all day on the dock or on the inflatable lounge they have anchored just off the dock without having to worry about boats buzzing by. This is perfect for families or anyone just wanting to relax without being disturbed. The house is clean and has all the conveniences you'd want and matches the pictures perfectly. The outdoor spaces are wonderful and are set up well for outdoor cooking and dining. The hosts are wonderful and very communicative. I can't recommend this house more and we are looking forward to coming back again next year!

The house was super clean and very well stocked. The dock was perfect for tying up our boat. The Bote hangout (kind of a floating inflatable platform) was a huge hit with the kids. The house deck was great for relaxing and dining. The patio with table down by the water was such a neat place to hangout, especially in the evening when the lights came on. My son caught tons of (catch and release) fish. Communication with the property owner was super quick and helpful. The inside of the house was well sized and laid out for a family that included two TVs and a sort of bonus room downstairs with a big comfy couch. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.
