Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat in the most coveted bay on Lake CDA. Enjoy a clean home in a tranquil setting with beautiful filtered Lake CDA views. Just a short 5 minute drive to public beach access at Black Rock Marina. Plenty of area to explore with a beautiful private access trail behind the property. Step back in time and enjoy some relaxation around the fire pit on those brisk North Idaho nights. Short 5 minute drive to public access waterfront at Black Rock Marina with Shooters Bar/restaurant, convenience store, boat launch (can also launch your kayaks and paddle boards) and boat rentals. Cruise around on your boards in a peaceful no wake bay.

The property is very nice, but it is a little challenging to get to and is located a fair distance from any city amenities. We enjoyed the privacy that the property offers and its natural beauty. We were surprised that there was no microwave in the unit. Also, the wifi is essentially non-existent and streaming a service for tv is not really an option.

This place was perfect for our family. Amazing deck with outdoor dining and living area. Fresh modern/industrial interior. Quiet neighborhood. Close to lakeside dining/marina/general store. Would definitely stay again.
