Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Shop, grocery, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "Piazzale Roma" 3.4 km, sandy beach 2 km. The building is situated in the "Biennale" area, only 10 minutes walk from St Marks square. Nearby is one of the largest green areas of Venice: Viale Garibaldi and the public gardens. The beach is at Lido di Venezia.

Passt sehr gut für 2 Paare, die 5./6. Person muss auf einem Schlafsofa im Eingangsflur schlafen. Die Küche ist gut bestückt, der Essraum und das große Schlafzimmer sehr schön und gemütlich. Perfekt für die Biennale zwischen Gardini und Arsenale, maximal je 5 Gehminuten. Die Einkauf- und Gastrostraße vor dem Haus ist touristisch angenehm zurückhaltend aufgestellt, hier bummeln auch viele Italiener.
