The apartment has a living space of 70 m², is located on the 4th Upper floor of an apartment building and is designed for 4 people.
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with access to the balcony and a bathroom with a shower tub. The kitchen is fully equipped, including: ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee and Senseo machine, various kitchen machines: toaster, blender, egg cooker, waffle iron, raclette etc.
Bed linen, towels and an iron with ironing board are provided.
The equipment includes flat screen TV, stereo with CD, mp3, iPod docking station as well as DVD player and wireless internet access. A parking space for your car (max. Height 2.8m) is available on closed premises.
The apartment is located in the Cologne-Buchheim district and has excellent transport links to the motorway and federal roads as well as local public transport.
The next motorway junction is on the B8 at a distance of approx. 800m, whereby A3, A4 and A59 can be controlled directly. Tram and bus are within walking distance in 2 minutes, S-Bahn and regional trains in 6 minutes. Travel time to Cologne fair approx. 6 min. (3 train stations) to the city center approx. 15 min. With the S-Bahn to the city and the cathedral main station approx. 9 min.
There are numerous shops, restaurants, pubs and breweries in the immediate vicinity. Cologne has a lot to offer such as the cathedral, a lively old town and of course the carnival.

The property was very nice - clean, comfortable, and well-located, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around the city super easy. What really made the stay exceptional was Marion. She was extremely kind, generous, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone so welcoming and thoughtful. I will absolutely be staying at her place again the next time I’m in Cologne. Highly recommended!

This was our first time to Köln and our host went out of her way to give us a warm welcome. The apartment was as advertised: bright, clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment was really clean & extremely well equipped. Everything you could need is provided and Marion is very helpful and quick to respond to questions.
It's in a convenient location to get into the city with the tram only a few minutes away.
You will need a low emission green sticker for your car so either order in advance of your trip or visit the TUV office which is a 10 min walk away (will need car documents).
