Above Aschau, 3 km from the centre, 5.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 4 km from the lake, 5.5 km from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 3.2 km, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 3.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 4 km. Gondola lift 5.5 km, skisport facilities 5.5 km, ski bus stop 2.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal-Hochfügen, Kaltenbach 5.5 km, Zillertal Arena, Zell 6 km. Mooi gebied om te wandelen. Minpuntjes waren wel de stijle hellingen en smalle toegangswegen, waar je hoopt geen tegenliggers te krijgen.

Redelijk ruim appartement, maar zeer gedateerde inrichting. Gelegen hoog op de berg. Niet erg sfeervol ingericht.
