The vaporetto station to Venice is about 2.9 km away and is easily accessible by public buses, which run every 10 minutes during the day. Bus stop about 100 m from the apartment. The apartment (65 m²) at the Murazzi offers you everything for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday: modern, barrier-free and comfortably furnished for 4 to max. 6 persons. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine as well as a lockable garden with terrace complete the comfort. Especially suitable for families with children as well as for wheelchair users. The apartment has its own, lockable underground garage parking space. Final cleaning, weekly cleaning with change of linen are included in the rent.

Direkte Strandlage, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt durch ihre Lage für einen Venedigbesuch, wir hatten hier super erholsame Tage.

It is a new building, very clean and in quiet area close to the free beach. The bus to the center (where the ferries go), takes about ten minutes. There are Coop give minutes away and two pizzerias/restaurant nearby with good food. There are also a bar and a bakeri very close. Love the house, it has all the necessities in the kitchen. The flour in the kitchen area is really cold, but if you wear socks you’ll be fine :). I would defently reccomand this house and if we are in the area i’ll love to stay here.

Great place....very comfortable. We loved how easy it was to get around Lido. There is a really nice cafe at the end of the road and the bus stop is 2 minute walk. My luggage was delayed, they took care of all the arrangement of getting the bag to the apartment with the airlines.
