الموقع بجوار فندق the st.regis بل ملاصق له ، وقريب جداً لساحه سان ماركو والماركات الفارهه وتحته علطول سفن جوندولا ، يوجد مدخل خاص ومصعد ومكيف ، تبعد اقرب سوبرماركت ٥ دقايق مشي ، الشقة مجددة ونظيفه جداً .
لا يتوفر صابون لغسيل الملابس ولا لغسالة الصحون ، رغم ان المأجرين يطلبون مننا غسل كل الصحون داخل غسالة الصحون !

Apartment was in a great spot next to San Marco Square. Fantastic shops and gondola trips right next to it.
The living room and one of the bedrooms was roasting hot. The bath needed some attention. Otherwise everything else was good.

Fantastic location! very helpful staff, by email, who also aided us with our transfer bookings too. The apartment is very spacious and, overall, good value for prime location.
- Very dated inside and would be amazing if updated. Many appliances were looking very tired.
- Ongoing scaffolding outside and we were not aware of this at the time of booking (noise, aesthetics, etc). The surprise of the scaffolding work did disappoint me on arrival, it wouldn’t have stopped me booking this, but would have been nice to know.
- Wi-Fi hit and miss
- water in one bathroom would not heat
- Bath enamel was broken, shower unruly and panel broken.
- Sofa bed was very uncomfortable
