About this house rental
A spacious, newly renovated and fully equipped holiday home for 9 people. It offers a large living room, 5 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 toilets / bathrooms.
The living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are on the lower floor.
On the upper floor there are another 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom.
From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the forest and the landscape of the Hessian highlands. There is a barbecue on the terrace for cozy evenings.
In a few minutes you can reach Lake Ibra, where you can swim and fish. In summer you can also use the water ski facility.
In the directly adjacent wellness hotel there is a restaurant for meals as well as a sauna / pool area for wellness.
The following additional costs apply on site:
Tourist tax 1 EUR / person / day
Electricity / gas according to consumption

Spontan haben wir zwei Tage verlängert, es hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Gastgeberin war richtig nett. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und hat die Erwartungen somit voll erfüllt. Bietet für eine große Gruppe ausreichend Platz und hat mit der Sauna noch eine goodie in der Hinterhand.
Der See Ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings sind Örtlichkeiten alle etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wakeboard fahren war trotzdem möglich!
Für ein paar Tage zu empfehlen.

Wer ausschließlich zum Wasserski dort hinfährt, mag gut unterhalten werden, bei dem Rest des Seeparks ist irgendein religiöser Ashram eingezogen, so dass da gar nichts mehr geht. Restaurants und Verkaufsstände rund um den See dicht (...bis auf die Wasserskianlage, wo es auch was zu essen/trinken gibt). Selbst der Campingplatz-Imbiss schließt freitags von 12-17 Uhr...Man muss halt für jeden Ausflug ins Auto steigen...die Dorfanlage war sehr hellhörig und abends laut...die Wendeltreppe im Haus sehr wackelig....daher für Kleinkinder ungeeignet. Das Hausinterieur an sich war zT sehr klebrig, auch die Beistelltische in den Schlafzimmern (?)....Stühle sehr instabil...Fliegengitter bei der massiven Anzahl an Fliegen dort wären eine sinnvolle Investition...für einen zweitägigen Aufenthalt zur Durchreise war es ok, hätte ich dort länger gebucht, wäre ich wohl enttäuscht gewesen....ach ja....und es handelt sich um ein NOVASOL-Haus...was auf dem ersten Blick bei Fewo nicht gleich ersichtlich war...wollte ich eigentlich nach dem Corona-Dilemma 2020 boykottieren....Bettwäsche-Set für 10€/Person und WLAN 3€/Tag m. E. unverhältnismäßig...das habe ich schon günstiger gesehen...ist ja nur fürs Waschen...die Betriebskosten waren aber recht günstig und der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ganz nett...
