Very beautiful apartment house "Luchre", 3 storeys. In the district of Winkelmatten 1.1 km from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (90 steps) to the house. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 850 m, restaurant, bakery 400 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Luchre" 65 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.1 km. Mountain railway 600 m, ski rental 600 m, ski bus stop 65 m, ski school, children's ski school 850 m. Please note: no lift. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Einfache Ferienwohnung mit separaten Schlafzimmer. Im Kellergeschoss mit Terrasse. Alles Notwendige vorhanden. Von der Bushaltestelle Luchre über ca. 90 Treppen zu erreichen.

Wohnung gut geeignet für Familien mit grossen Kindern. Problemlos mit einem Hund. Gute Verbindungen mit dem Bus zur Talstation. Preis-leistung super für Zermatt.

Die Wohnung war ordentlich: Gute Küchenausstattung, Größe war angemessen für 4 Personen, und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Skikeller war schon sehr einfach und das Licht dort funtionierte oft nicht. Die Treppe, die zum Haus führt (einziger Zugang zum Haus), ist im Sommer bestimmt kein Problem aber mit Skistiefeln sehr unschön.
