Buona posizione, si arriva facilmente a piedi alla pista che porta alla partenza della funivia e si arriva davanti casa con gli sci al ritorno.
Si può arrivare a piedi in paese anche se non è vicinissimo, ma il posto è tranquillo e pulito.
Bisogna portarsi le lenzuola, asciugamani, canovaccio della cucina, manca un tappetino per uscire dalla doccia, tutte cose che sarebbe comodo trovare sul posto.

The ski-in/ski-out location of the property was perfect. There are not many perfect locations in Cervinia, but this was one of them. The view was wonderful, and the space was large enough for the four of us.
It was very hard to find the right building. The address is just a road, and the name of the building is not obvious. They don't provide sheets or towels, which is very inconvenient for people traveling from a long way away. The upper bunks of the two bunkbeds were not usable, one due to a broken ladder, and one due to the poor quality bed being extremely rickety.
