Family-friendly holiday home with a view of the forest
Idyllic and quiet holiday home for 6 people and dog? at the forest edge of the holiday park Silbersee.
The house is located in the holiday park "Silbersee" in 34621 Frielendorf, North Hesse.
The holiday village is surrounded by beautiful nature and forests, which you can use and enjoy for various leisure activities.
In the park and in the immediate vicinity there is a climbing park, a large indoor play paradise, a wellness center with indoor pool, sauna, water slide, etc., a miniature train, an all-weather toboggan run, a petting zoo, archery, mini golf, skating and boccia, football, Tennis and basketball fields, adventure playgrounds u. v.m.
The house is located on a 700 m² large, quiet property, on the edge of the forest. The leisure activities described are all quickly accessible on foot.
On the large, newly created terrace in 2016 there is everything you need for a cozy get-together (seating, grill, etc ...). The house also includes 2 children's scooters and a children's bike.
The house has a total size of 75 m² and is built on 3 levels.
A hallway leads to the open living-dining area. The living room is equipped with a 3-2-1 couch set. Here you have a TV with a flat screen and a music system (with a jack for playing your "cell phone music").
Adjacent to this is the dining area, with a cozy, spacious seating area. A small staircase leads to the gallery, where the fitted kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, etc., with an adjacent small seating area, is located.
Next to it is the shower room with shower, sink and toilet. The first bedroom with a double bed is located on the same floor, from where you can go directly to an adjacent separate toilet room with sink and toilet.
A wooden staircase leads to the top floor, where there are two further bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds and their own sink. Both rooms have access to the balcony.
In house 83 you (mostly) have a free WiFi connection.
In the winter half of the year, the landlord stacked firewood for you at the house so that you can heat up the cozy stove in the living-dining room.

Lovely house with all that you need for a two week stay. Host excellent at staying in touch and communicating. Can’t fault the property at all.
Area very nice but we found it to be lacking in things to do with a teenager. Not busy enough for us but that’s a personal choice.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus, auf unsere Wünsche und Fragen ist der Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend eingegangen, es gab viele Vorschläge für die Freizeitgestaltung. Es ist ein sehr entspannter Urlaub,.... trotz Corona gewesen.... Haben gleich wieder gebucht 👍👍👍👍

Das Objekt war sauber und genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Für uns mit 6 Erwachsenen war es groß genug. Wir haben auch den Grill ausprobiert und die Fahrräder genutzt, das hat alles funktioniert.
Allerdings ist ein Auto oder eine gewisse Fitness nötig, wenn man einkaufen gehen muss. Nur Etwa 3 km zu Fuß aber sehr bergig geht es zu Rewe oder Edeka. Ansonsten ist der Park Im September sehr verlassen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
Die Leute, die wir getroffen haben, sind alle sehr freundlich auf der Anlage.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen am Waldrand und hat ein großes Grundstück. Trotzdem ist man sehr schnell am See. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet - nur das WLAN hat leider nicht wie beschrieben funktioniert, was uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört hat.
