Pretty, friendly two-room apartment in Dresden-Bühlau / Bad Weisser Hirsch, one of the most beautiful residential areas in the city, directly on the Dresdner Heide.
The 65 sqm basement apartment has a separate entrance, a spacious living / dining room with dining area and comfortable sofa bed (180 cm wide) for two more people, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a shower room. There is a cozy seating area in the garden, which can usually be used. Bicycles brought along can be stored in a bicycle storage room.
Parking is easy in front of the house on the street.
The tram and bus stops are 250 meters away, as is the bakery, supermarket and pharmacy. On Ullersdorfer Platz in Bühlau, in Weißig, on Körner Platz and on Weissen Hirsch there are other shops, banks, petrol stations, post offices, high ropes climbing park, golf course, swimming pool, bars and restaurants opened in January 2016.

Der kontektlose check in und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin haben super geklappt. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein echtes Plus für uns mit kleinem Kind war die große Kiste mit Duplo Bausteinen und die kleine Kinderbibliothek. Vielen Dank dafür, so konnten wir ganz entspannt frühstücken. Das ausziehbare Sofa war auch bequem. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt war in dieser Wohnung sehr schön. Die Lage in Bühlau ist richtig gut und es gibt einen großen Garten in dem man Abends gemütlich sitzen kann. Gerne wieder

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich am Rand der Dresdner Heide, in einer Villa mit Garten. Die Haltestelle des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs ist in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar und ermöglicht eine stressfreie Fahrt in die Innenstadt.
