Villa for 12 people.(Year of renovation 2016)
The house is divided on three levels: the ground floor is the open kitchen with living and dining area, and a laundry room with washing machine. In the two upper floors housed in three double rooms, all of which always have a subsequent, private shower room with toilet.
The well-kept interior is modern and offers comfortable facilities.
Next to the dining area is the open kitchen, which allows an extensive self-sufficiency in a four-zone induction hob, a dishwasher and a fridge and freezer.
From the kitchen you directly reach the garden with charcoal grill fireplace and a shaded terrace that is perfect for outdoor dining. From the living and dining room leads directly to the pool.
Our Villa are located in Duce, a town located between Omis and Dugi Rat, on the Riviera Omis.
Duce is a small quiet town, nestled between the Adriatic sea and the mountain Mosor. The royal mountain range covered with vast pine forests that extend to the beach, perfect destination Duce in a special way. The clean air, the mild climate and the enchanting views of the sea and the islands are things that will impress every visitor at first sight.
The beautiful sandy beaches are a natural phenomenon and are one of the most important tourist destinations in the central Dalmatian coast. The whole beach is continuously flat and therefore ideal for families with small children.
The town of Omis, just 1.5 km from Duce, offers a variety of entertainment, leisure and sporting activities. The history of this small town is long and very interesting. Omis offers because of its unique location, surrounded by steep cliffs, the Cetina river and the sea, an amazing landscape. Thus, the eco-tourism in rural households, sports such as rafting on the rapids of the Cetina, climbing on the cliffs, surfing, marathon swimming and beach volleyball are an attractive part of the tourist attractions and activities.
Because of the location of Omis, at the mouth of the Cetina River and the foot of the steep cliff, the wind in Omis never missing. So Paragliding is one of the popular extreme sports Numerous cafes and restaurants along the coast and near the cities of Split and Omis offer many options for quality leisure and entertainment facilities.

The villa was perfect for our family getaway - there were 6 adults and 4 children between 4 and 8. The villa had everything we needed and the host Ivan was very communicative and really helpful, offering to take us to the bigger supermarket if we needed it (which we didn’t as there was enough around for us to get by on - shops and cafes.) Omiš was quick and easy to get to on the bus and split was just over half an hour on the bus so really easy too!
I would definitely recommend!

We were an extended family of 10 people that stayed in the house. Everything was great, from help with transportation from the airport, helping us as we arrived early, helping us with what to do and where to eat locally, to being available for questions. The house was much closer to the beach than we had understood, just across the road, 50 m as announced. We recommend this house for any larger group of people that want to stay and cook together.

Villa set on three floors, each bedroom has its own shower room/toilet. Plus one downstairs. Pool area was lovely, with shade in a seated outdoor area if needed. Washing machine and iron also available. Some rooms have a hairdryer, all have balconies. The rooms themselves are very good sizes, some with middle dressing rooms separating two sleep areas.
A couple of points which we would have liked, a mirror within the bedrooms (there is one in the bathrooms) for the makeup wearers, and maybe a toaster, but the grill in the oven was adequate. Lovely villa, would recommend. And the owners are very friendly and meet you on arrival.
