The property covers an area of 15,000 square meters: includes a central body, a suite and another building for the service staff. All it immersed in a large park with swimming pool. Newly renovated and furnished without neglecting the slightest detail, it shows a country-chic look, enhanced by the most modern and prestigious appliances that integrate seamlessly into environments offering the maximum comfort to stay in five-star. The facility can accommodate up to 8 people. Domus Flavia is offered entirely, preferably on a weekly basis. The main building is on three floors covering an area of over 300 square meters.
The ground floor consists of a living room with fireplace and air conditioning, a large fully equipped kitchen, gas stove with six burners and oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher; The beautiful dining room has a solid wood table 3 meters long with chairs, a sofa and chair and TV. Very good property, however mattresses and pillow were bad, very uncomfortable. Kitchen was not good. Living room and kitchen did not have air conditioning. Listing said that house came with washer and dryer. The washer was in the main building and the dryer was in another small building about a block away inside the property.

Marco‘s property or second to none! The wonderful Dr. up the laneway to the roundabout in front of the most stunning house. The wonderful porch. Leads into the house to magnificent living area. The four bedrooms upstairs or ideally located in the house was always a wonderful temperature with great air conditioning available when needed! The outside grounds and of course the pool are stunning. The staff to help look after the house could not have been better. They made sure the pool was ready each day that the grounds were immaculate and the house maintained to exquisite detail. Not only do we all firmly recommend but we look forward to spending another vacation at the property in 2026.

Superb holiday in a beautiful home & villa, very well looked after by the fabulous Sunny who is a real asset to this property. We loved the outside spaces, pool, views, landscape, proximty to train station for an easy commute to Rome & lots of supermarkets for easy self-catering. We would recommended days in Rome & Tivoli. This was a special holiday. Thank you.

**Title: Perfect Family Retreat Near Rome with Luxurious Spa and Wonderful Caretaker**
Our family of four (two adults and two children, aged seven and four) had an unforgettable seven-day stay at this stunning property near Rome. The villa’s serene and expansive grounds were perfect for relaxation, and the on-site spa was a luxurious treat after our city adventures. Sunny, the on-site caretaker, was incredibly attentive and made our stay even more special with his warm hospitality and helpful recommendations. The large, tranquil property provided the perfect balance of adventure and peace.
The Wi-Fi was excellent, allowing us to stay connected when needed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we were well-rested for our daily excursions. Every detail of the house was thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home.
Nearby Zagarolo (and San Cesare) was a delightful town with fantastic restaurants and supermarkets, making it easy to gather all the groceries we needed for cooking. We loved exploring the local eateries and enjoyed the convenience of having everything so close by.
Highly recommend this haven for families looking to explore Rome while enjoying luxurious amenities and exceptional service.
