Newly renovated, kitchen-living with 2 big bedrooms with beautiful view on the trees (both 2+1) 1 bedroom (1 doublebed) and a big bathroom with shower.
Just Outside the door a wood-fired oven for delicious dinners or lunch under the shade of the trees .You can walk in our vineyard or relax in the garden reading a book.
Small inflatable pool with filter 2.5 m large for the fun of the kids and to refresh the parents. (From 1 June )
A game area with seesaw and slide for the children.
An excellent starting point to visit the most beautiful cities' such as Florence (70 km), Pisa, Lucca Volterra San Gimignano (40 km), Siena (80km) to reach the sea (40km), Casciana baths (15km) or the pool Peccioli (3km).

The place was wonderful. We were met by the host and they explained everything. We used Google translate a lot but it worked out. The pool was an enjoyed by our children (8,11, & 13). We didn’t have a car which was mostly fine as we didn’t intend to travel much but that did limit when we could go into the town. The place was very comfortable. There is no sitting room which was not a problem for us as it was warm and we were often outside. We loved the outdoor spaces, siting in the vineyard was very relaxing and the view from the hill above the house was stunning. A great place and the hosts were communicative. We had to change our plans on both the front end and they were able to flex with us for both! We would stay again!

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, immer zu erreichen wenn eine Frage war. Sie gab gute Tipps wo man gute Weinproben machen kann. Herrlich unkompliziert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus mit sep. Eingang. Unserer Gruppe (4 Erwachsene und 2 Teenagern) hat es gut gefallen.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt also alles ok!
Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt!

We really enjoyed our stay in Peccioli. Vaina was a very hospitable host! We felt welcome and very at home immediatly.
The communication beforehand with Alessandro was very good. He answered very quickly and friendly.
The hospitality, effort and care of Vaina made our holiday absolutely wonderful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything it needed to cook at home, the apartment was clean and well equipped. If anything was needed we could always ask Vaina.
The children well enjoyed the garden and especially the pool and the little playground. The grounds were perfect for them to play and explore.
The countryside made it perfect for us adults to relax, read and have a peacefull and restorative time.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Thank you, Vaina - and of course Alessandro - for the great time.
