About this house rental
With much pleasure, we have renovated our house in Stolberg and now hope that it also gives others much joy on vacation. Spread over three floors are our large bedrooms, two spacious daylight bathrooms are available. A bright, spacious living room is located on the first floor and invites you to linger. TV, stove and plenty of seating make rainy days very comfortable. Larger families or groups can enjoy the large, bright attic, which also has a woodburning stove, television and comfortable seating. A lovingly furnished kitchen, in which also can be eaten, is located on the ground floor.
The garage with a small forecourt offers a possibility to park the car nearby. There is also behind the house still a small seat, which can be used very well in summer. When traveling with a four-legged friend, they do not have far to go hiking in the countryside.

Ein wirklich toller Urlaub. Gute und reibungslose Kommunikation mit Frau Schotte und Frau Hartmann. Tolles, zentrales Haus in Stolberg mit einer wirklich sehr guten Ausstattung. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, alles was man braucht war da, wir (6 erwachsene+1kleinkind) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Wir haben in dem Haus ein wunderschönes Vorweihnachtswochenende mit zwei Familien und jeder Menge Kindern verbracht. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vor allem haben uns die Nachmittage und Abende vor dem Kamin gefallen, wovon es sogar zwei in dem Haus gibt. Die Kinder im Alter von 1 bis 8 Jahren haben das Dachgeschoss dankbar in Beschlag genommen. Für das viele Spielzeug und den großzügigen Platz zum Burgenbauen, Gesellschaftsspiele spielen, Autorennen fahren und müsste es eigentlich einen sechsten Stern geben. Stolberg hat uns überrascht mit dem schönen Schloss, das schon vom Haus aus zu sehen ist, der herrlichen historischen Innenstadt, die nur wenige Schritte vom Ferienhaus entfernt liegt und der Therme, die gerade im nasskalten Novemberwetter ein willkommene Urlaubsergänzung ist.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ebenfalls super unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Vor Ort wurden wir von der Haushälterin ausgesprochen freundlich empfangen. Hier wollen wir auf alle Fälle noch einmal Gast sein!
