About this apartment rental
You live in a newly renovated two-room apartment with a bedroom, a living room and a brand new kitchen with dishwasher. You sleep in a beautiful box spring bed or on a cozy box spring couch (long-term sleeper). End the day with a glass of wine on your balcony. The parking lot directly in front of the balcony belongs to the apartment. Trachenberger Platz is the district center of the Pieschen district with supermarket, kebab, baker, butcher etc.
Your apartment is on the ground floor, the bedroom and the kitchen face the courtyard. From both rooms you can easily see your car in the parking lot. The living room faces the street and the windows are sound-absorbing. I have just renovated the apartment for you. The apartment is designed for two guests. If you are up to four guests, that's no problem either, because two of you can sleep on the super comfortable box-spring sofa bed :-)
Unfortunately I am not always on site myself. You can access your room via a key safe. You will receive the necessary information in a separate email before your arrival.
Trachenberger Platz is the district center of Pieschen. There are various good kebab shops and restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, butcher, hairdresser, great connection to public transport.
The best way to get to the center is by tram line 3 (50m).
