About this apartment rental
Welcome to your apartment! You can expect a wonderfully light-flooded 38m² one-room apartment with fitted kitchen, parquet, view of the countryside and bathroom. The apartment is located in the Hechtviertel (next to the famous trendy district Dresdner Neustadt). All major sights can be reached within a few minutes by train.
In the immediate vicinity are your favorite restaurants. Eat in the apartment, sit on the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the green.
The apartment can be easily reached by lift. You sleep in the cozy box spring bed or on the pull-out box spring couch. The apartment has all the modern amenities and everything you need for your stay. The green electricity is sourced from EWS Elektrizitätswerke Schönau eG. If you miss something in your apartment, please contact me and I'll be happy to help.
Should I not be able to welcome you personally, I will install an access system for the apartment. However, I am always available by mail or phone, as far as you need something.
The Hechtviertel is the neighboring district of the Dresden Neustadt. You can reach it wonderfully by car, bus, tram or S-Bahn. From the apartment you walk comfortably into the Dresden Neustadt, to the old town you lead two different tram lines. Good but cheap restaurants can be found on the doorstep, the net is 50 meters away.
Parking is usually sufficient on the street.
