About this villa rental
Magnificent villa on 2000 m2 land in the hills of Vidauban
Large and spacious villa furnished with a contemporary and stylish decor. Pool and many terraces. Panoramic view. Haven at the end of a dead end road.
This villa consists of an entrance hall leading to a large living room (dining-room, living room) with a fully equipped kitchen in brushed steel (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), a pantry (with double fridge and double freezer, washing machine and dryer). All these rooms overlook the shaded terraces.
A night hall giving access to a bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the upper floor, two large bedrooms with closets, a shower room and WC.
Parking for several cars, table tennis, superb gas barbecue, crib and highchair possibility. The garden is immaculately maintained and fenced.
The villa is located in the countryside and just 25 min. Sainte Maxime, 30 min. Saint-Tropez, and an hour from Monaco. In terms of transport, 5 min. the station of Les Arcs-sur-Argens and 45 min. Nice Airport.
The villages around Vidauban, as Vidauban, are a treat for the eyes and taste buds. Many gourmet restaurants, Chez Bruno Lorgues, Le Relais des Moines in Les Arcs-sur-Argens, many wineries such as Château Font du Broc and Domaine Sainte Roseline and many others
In the village and the sea, many sports opportunities, such as mountain biking, hiking in the Maures mountain range, tennis, sailing, jet-ski, but also is located in Vidauban, the Domaine Equestre des Grands Pins , one of the finest equestrian structures of France.

We had a great time in the house and the region. We had a very fast contact to the „House-Nanny“ everytime. There was only a small but important information we didn’t realize before our stay - there were only ventilator and no air conditioner in the house.

We had a great vacation and stay at the villa. The owners and property manager are very nice, great communication and accommodating both early arrival and early morning departure. The beautiful terrasse is off the kitchen on the second floor and was great for breakfast meals. We used the bbq once which was nice. The pool is clean beautiful, not heated but ok for warm weather. Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Teenager) haben im August zwei angenehme Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bilder beschrieben. Es ist ausreichend groß, sauber und verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Der Pool ist groß und die mit schönen Pflanzen bewachsene Pool-Area bietet Platz für alle. Es gibt einen kleinen Raum, in dem Luftmatratzen und eine Tischtennisplatte inkl. Schläger vorhanden sind.
Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, alle in einem guten Zustand, die Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die überdachte Terrasse stellt einen schönen Essplatz dar.
Das Haus liegt in den Hügeln/Bergen. Es gibt weitere Häuser in der Umgebung, generell ist es jedoch sehr ruhig. Bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Vidauban sind es ca. 10 Autominuten, ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig.
Die oft enge Straße zum Haus ist nur teilweise erschlossen. Die letzten ca. 100 m vor dem Haus sind eine steile Schotterpiste, die für uns jeden Tag eine Herausforderung darstellte.
Die Küstenstädte Nizza, Cannes, St. Tropez etc. sind über eine Autobahn in 40 - 60 Minuten gut erreichbar.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und auch zur Dame, die das Haus übergeben hat, war sehr angenehm.
Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir haben uns in dem schönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!
