Nice and very clean apartment T2 of 45 sqm in Nice. Sea and beaches opposite, 1 min walk (50 m), California Avenue: 2nd line behind the Promenade des Anglais. Sea view from the balcony.

On the 6th floor with elevator in a quiet building, clean and well kept.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room opening onto balcony with beautiful unobstructed view of the hills and sea escape, a kitchen, a shower room with WC.
Ideal family! Sleeps for 2-6 people (max 4 adults).

Thanks to Sofia and Andrey, we really enjoyed our stay and our holiday. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It's nice and clean, the location near the sea, the beach and all amenties is perfect. I hope we will be back next year!
