About this house rental
Old Locksmith (125 m2) on 2 floors with a small backyard (barbecue) and a terrace (garden furniture), in a dead end next to the river "Lauter" and the medieval city walls. Downstairs is a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, large dining table and sofa corner place (sofa bed for 2 persons). On the floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 3 single beds). A bathroom (with toilet and shower) is located on each floor. Fi, Towels, Linen. Dishwasher, 2 coffee machines, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, oven, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Wissenbourg offered us a unique opportunity to visit a village with historic rampart fortifications beautiful walking paths, hidden secrets, great bakeries and restaurants and a renovated workshop to come home to with all the modern conveniences one can imagine.

Wow! One word summarizes this property. My wife and I loved the online pictures, but there is no picture that can describe the absolute charm of this property. The care that was put into the decoration and presentation is unmatched. The pre-check-in details and communication that the owner personally addressed were more than a renter could ask for. We walked into what we thought would be a typical VRBO only to be treated like royalty. It is truly difficult to put into words how breathtaking this property is. From the majestic windows and high ceilings to the kitchen amenities, to the courtesy of the host and their entire family. We were only able to stay for a few days, but we didn't want to leave. I can not recommend this property enough and would gladly return if we find ourselves in this area again. To our host, thank you for such a joyful stay!
