The check in process was so easy! Access to the building and room was secure and I liked that the process was so simple. Plenty of space for our family to relax. Kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean! The Velaris team was quick to respond to the message I sent and was able to accommodate quickly after we checked in. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Kaiserslautern in the future.
