About this villa rental
Villa Bellevue is a stylishly designed summer residence in the southern part of the Greek island of Evia. The top floor of the villa with glorious panoramic views has all the facilities to provide a wonderful high quality self-catering holiday.
10 minutes walk to nearest beach with crystal clear water. Variety of beaches are around. 5 minutes by car to the resort of Nea Styra with its shops and tavernas.
Around the house there is a large mediterranean garden with oleander, roses, rosemary, cypresses, palm, fig and olive trees.
The top floor of the villa comprises of three sunny bedrooms with view. Further one has an ensuite shower room/ WC with direct access to the main terrace and another a large balcony.
All rooms have access to the large bathroom with a large half- round corner bathtub.
The bathroom with a large half-round corner bathtub, a large shower room/ WC and utility room downstairs, a living area with a well equipped fitted kitchen including a balcony, as well as a very large terrace, in its entirety 160 square metres, are at your disposal.

The apartment is on the top floor of a 3 storey house, accessed by one and a half flights of stairs. It has 3 comfy double bedrooms, 2 large and one smaller, all with air conditioning. There is a communal bathroom off the hall and the twin room has an ensuite toilet and shower and a separate washbasin. There is another bathroom on the lower ground floor next to the well-appointed laundry room. The sitting/dining room is cosy with an extremely well equipped kitchen and leads onto a very large terrace with an spacious covered dining area. The spectacular views from this terrace raise this property above many others in which we have stayed and we found it difficult to leave in the evenings before we had witnessed another glorious sunset.
Paul, the owner, speaks excellent English and provides accurate maps and directions for finding the property. He and his family are usually in Athens but stayed a couple of times in their part of the house which created no problems.
It only takes 10 minutes to drive into Nea Stira where there are numerous shops, greengrocers, bakers and restaurants. Even a post office and an ATM.
We looked at all the local beaches and the best is at Limionas which is a 20 minute drive from Villa Bellevue which has a sandy/pebbly beach with easy access to clear water for great swimming. There are beach beds and umbrellas belonging to the 4 tavernas. We found that as long as you gave the tavernas some custom there was no charge for the facilties.
All in all, a fabulous stay in a wonderful country.

We loved staying at the Villa. The terrace had a great view of the Euboean Gulf, and the accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Paul was helpful with suggestions on nearby beaches and restaurants at Nea Styra. We also recommend the Barba-Yiorgos Psistaria restaurant in the village of Reouzi, approximately 20 min. by car from Nea Styra. Great food on the barbecue and good Savatiano home-wine. On the last night of our stay, there was a dramatic full moon eclipse and view of the milky way. Thank you Paul.

This was our first stay in Greece. I must say that we were simply impressed by the quality of the house, the services and support offered by Paul and on top of it, the fantastic view from the villa!
We were welcome like real guests upon arrival, with a basket of fruits and a wine bottle. Everything to start right after hours of driving!
We spent hours looking at the stars and the "Super Moon", which luckily was rising behind the hills during our stay in August.
Paul gave us plenty of good advises on the surroundings (beaches, markets, ferry boat etc.) as well as tips for good restaurants and tabernas.
We were unlucky to find the Dragon Houses though (the way was too high and it was too hot to climb). That will be for the next time!
I can only recommend this house to all: families and couples. It is super well equipped, the terrace is the most important room of the house and the garden is a pleasure to look at.
We also highly appreciated the confidence of Paul in his guests as well as the very discrete presence of his dad on-site. Keep it the same and don't change anything!!! Maud, Cédric and the kids***
