With much love and dedication to detail, we have thoroughly renovated the apartment for you in 2016 and lovingly designed.
Bright and spacious rooms with stylish and modern facilities await you.
On the ground floor, the open kitchen living and dining area invites you to linger and offers the opportunity to start the day with delicacies from the local baker and butcher.
It sets the framework for the atmospheric dinner or the cozy get-together after a happy day. A spacious sun terrace is also available.
In the 1. Upstairs there are 3 cozy bedrooms and the bright bathroom.
The rooms are equipped with a total of 5 separable beds with high quality mattresses and ensure the best night's sleep.

Leinach is located in the heart of Lower Franconia, the region of wine, nature and excellent authentic food places.
In the immediate vicinity you will find extensive forests for hiking, cycling or Nordic walking.
In 15 minutes distance, the spa of the historic spa town of Bad Köningshofen awaits you with the first Naturheilwassersee Germany. At a similar distance they will find the largest lake in Lower Franconia with rich leisure facilities. Not far away is also the spa town of Bad Kissingen with a variety of spa services, extensive parks and excellent food.
As a further excursion destination, the Main region attracts with its sunny and lush vineyards for extensive
Biking along the gentle bends of the river with excellent wine locations like Volkach or Nordheim.

Als men een rustige vakantie wilt, is dit een ideaale lokatie, mooie omgeving.
Niet echt veel bezienswaardigheden.

Als wir (2 Erwachsene und 10jähriges Kind) in unserem Herbsturlaub bei Familie Heyn ankamen, wurde wir sehr herzlich von Herrn Heyn begrüßt. Er bot uns sogar an, beim reintragen der Koffer behilflich zu sein. Anschließend zeigte er uns kurz das Ferienhaus, das direkt neben seinem Wohnhaus liegt. Wir waren begeistert von der schönen modernen Einrichtung und der geschmackvollen herbstlichen Deko. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen und auch von dem nebenan wohnenden Ferienhausvermietern bekamen wir nichts Störendes mit. Vom Essplatz in der kombinierten Wohnküche aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick ins Tal und auf den Sonnenuntergang. In der Küche ist wirklich Alles vorhanden, was man benötigen könnte, wie Butterdose, Eierbecher, Schüsseln, Schälchen, mehr als ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr, sogar ein Handrührgerät und eine (unbenutzte) Küchenwaage. Es gab auch Küchenrolle, Tee, ein paar Gewürze, Backpapier und und und.
Im Bad und kleinem WC gab es Ersatzrollen Toilettenpapier und im Flur in einem Extraschrank mit mehr als ausreichend vielen Hand- und Badetüchern. Es war Alles sehr sauber und machte einen neuen/neuwertigen Eindruck. Leider war das Wetter nicht so warm, dass wir den Außenbereich nutzen konnten.
Dieses Ferienhaus können wir ohne Einschränkungen gern weiterempfehlen.

This is an exceptional clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated accommodation. We enjoyed our stay there and the cherry on the cake is the friendly and welcoming owners. Leinach is well situated for walks and cycling. Use the Komoot APP to get full enjoyment from the forest and agricultural landscape paths.
